Marketing Director
Alexa DiSpirito
As the Director of Marketing, Alexa is tasked with creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and expand market presence. She oversees a team of marketing professionals responsible for managing social media accounts, devising marketing campaigns, and creating digital content. Alexa also collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement strategies across digital platforms and events to effectively promote USSSA and its entities while upholding brand consistency. She works closely with our national partners to fulfill contract obligations related to marketing efforts.

Senior Photographer and Creative Strategist
Kit Mohr
In his role as Senior Photographer and Creative Strategist, Kit is accountable for conceptualizing, resourcing, and executing photography projects while upholding the highest standards of visual storytelling captured through a lens. His comprehensive knowledge of different photography techniques and industry trends enables him to effectively drive creative strategy and produce amazing deliverables to support our marketing efforts.

Senior Video Production Manager
Caleb Nyberg
As the Senior Video Production Manager Caleb works across all departments and to foster creative concepts for the enhancement of the organization's brand through video production and creative content development. He has extensive filming and editing experience, a genuine talent for storytelling, and expertise in both pre- and post-production. He is enthusiastic about pushing the creative limits of video production and possess a discerning eye for distinctive content that engages with all USSSA audiences.

Senior Manager of Brand and Creative Development
Chelsea Monroe
Chelsea oversees the visual direction of creative design projects to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and brand identity. She collaborates across departments, particularly with UI/UX, to understand objectives and translate insights into compelling visual narratives for different customer segments. In addition to addressing in-house graphic design needs, Chelsea leads larger initiatives such as annual National Convention theme building, USSSA Space Coast Complex and Pro Shop branding/signage, establishing brand guidelines and implementation procedures across the organization. She also works to understand the needs for expansion of design resources into the field.

Digital Content Manager
Bree Maxwell
Bree Maxwell rejoins the USSSA Marketing team after becoming the organization’s first Social Media Manager in 2019 where she oversaw and maintained upwards of 15 accounts and was tasked with developing a strategy that catered to each sport through an established voice, tone and recognized look. She worked closely with each sport to promote individual programs, increase engagement, and facilitate event coverage. In 2022, Bree departed to join the Oklahoma City Thunder before moving league-side with the NBA. She worked as a social media manager and social/digital contributor, respectfully. During that time, she absorbed a handful of industry standards and best practices for social media marketing. With the opportunity to promote elite athletes on large-scale platforms, Bree comes with a new perspective and a plethora of ideas to implement, specifically around the growing influencer space. She is excited to see how far USSSA has come since she stepped away and is eager to continue the amazing work across all marketing and digital platforms to support our sports, sponsors and customers nationwide.

Marketing Coordinator
Kelly Mclemore
Kelly is responsible for generating content and maintaining all social media accounts for Slowpitch. As a Midwest Slowpitch Director and Committee member, Kelly is a Slowpitch virtuoso who is passionate about elevating the sport to its highest potential.
